MEET UP

Step 2: At our introductory meeting we will talk about your home/project desires and get to know each other.

Through this we will establish expectations of timelines, budgets/financials, project location or desired location if still needing to find one, designing a new home or going over your existing design, and in and outs of building a home and all it entails.

PRE CONSTRUCTION

Step 3: If you feel like we are a good fit for you and your home/project then we will work through an initial budget. After presentation of that and if all is agreeable to your wants, needs and within a comfortable budget then we will push forward by signing a contract and get you slated in the schedule. The pre-construction will now commence which will consist of engineering, home specs, establishing a hard a budget/allowances that's agreeable to you, and everything required for permitting your project.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

Step 4: Once we get everything approved through you within the pre-construction phase, we will go through the final phase of submitting for planning clearance and permitting. After full approval we will move forward with breaking ground on your home!
